I have to say, I do not enjoy buying cars. Every time I go, I feel harassed and pressured. It takes hours to close a deal and even more in finance. I had been searching for an SUV for several months. The exact one I was looking for popped up on their site. I e-mailed them a few days later to see if it was still available and received an immediate response. I was hesitant to purchase from a "lot" instead of a dealer, but once I got there and met with Bret and everyone. I was at ease. The deal was done in about 2 hours. No haggling, no stress. Just done. It's not often that you find an honest all family run dealership with integrity... these guys are a class act. They do still owe me a truck bed liner (they didn't have time to put it on yet... no complaints here) and a new windshield (I wanted the car immediately so I took it as is) and they commited to replacing it. I have no doubts that they will make good on these promises. Great experiance end to end... no BS, no bait and switch ... just an honest family run car business.
