I bought a 2021 Ford Transit 350 from Arizona Best in May 2024. The negotating was simple enough, and they allowed me to inspect the van with my mechanic friend. They fixed a couple issues we identified as well as replaced three parts inside. The overall process was quick and painless.

I bought a 2006 Lexus from Arizona Best Cars a few months ago. Since I live in East Tennessee, I had to rely on their honesty when it came to the true condition of the car. After receiving the car I have to say that they were spot on about everything they told me as to the condition and mechanics of the car. Probably one of the best experiences I have had when buying a car, even locally. They even arranged for all the shipping with a reputable car hauler at a reasonable price. All this being said, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I rarely leave reviews even for businesses i like and respect but i wanted to leave one for Arizona Best Cars because they are worth leaving a 5 star review for. I went there based on the many many positive reviews and i understand why they get so many 5 star reviews. I initially went there to test drive the Genesis G70 and Kia K5 they had on the lot and after test driving both I was leaning towards the Kia but wasnt completely convinced that it was the right car for me. Michael then showed me the owner's Maseratti Ghibli that he was selling on the lot and after sitting in it and taking it for a quick test drive i knew that was the car I wanted. Even though that car was more expensive than the other 2 cars i was interested in Michael got me incredible financing that made the payment very affordable. He was able to get me a lower interest rate on a used Maseratti than my regular credit union was able to offer me on a new car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have to say, I do not enjoy buying cars. Every time I go, I feel harassed and pressured. It takes hours to close a deal and even more in finance. I had been searching for an SUV for several months. The exact one I was looking for popped up on their site. I e-mailed them a few days later to see if it was still available and received an immediate response. I was hesitant to purchase from a "lot" instead of a dealer, but once I got there and met with Bret and everyone. I was at ease. The deal was done in about 2 hours. No haggling, no stress. Just done. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Albert & Bret were a pleasure to work with. The Truck was in great shape and it's clear by the other cars on the lot that they pick quality vehicles. It's not often that you find an honest all family run dealership with integrity... these guys are a class act. They do still owe me a truck bed liner (they didn't have time to put it on yet... no complaints here) and a new windshield (I wanted the car immediately so I took it as is) and they commited to replacing it. I have no doubts that they will make good on these promises. Great experiance end to end... no BS, no bait and switch ... just an honest family run car business. This is very rare and I would highly reccomend seeing these guys if your in the market for a used car or Truck.
